At Bellasot Pharmaceuticals, we prioritise product safety, hygiene, and quality. To maintain the highest standards, we follow a strict non-return and non-cancellation policy.


No Return & No Cancellation Policy

  • We do not accept any returns under any circumstances.

  • Once products are booked, they cannot be returned or cancelled.

  • Products with opened, tampered, or broken seals will not be accepted under any situation.


Replacement Policy (Only for Damage During Transportation)

We offer a replacement only if the product is damaged during transportation, and strictly under the following conditions:

  1. The damage must be reported to us within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. The outer packaging, unboxing video, and product images must be provided as proof.

  3. After receiving your complaint, our team will verify the issue.

  4. Only after successful verification, a replacement of the same product will be arranged.

  5. No refunds will be provided — replacement only.


Important Notes

  • Products with broken seals, opened packaging, or signs of use will not be eligible for replacement.

  • Replacement will be initiated only after verification by our quality team.

  • Products purchased from unauthorised sellers or third-party platforms are not eligible for replacement.
